Shipping Policy — Tuyuan Shoes

At Tuyuan Shoes, we aim to deliver reliable shipping solutions for wholesale clients and retail inquiries worldwide. Please read our shipping policy below for processing timelines, delivery information, insurance rules and‑order modification terms.

Delivery Timeframes

Our whole fulfillment process contains two main phases:

Processing Time (2‑5 business days) Includes order confirmation, quality inspection, product packing and documentation preparation. For OEM / custom orders, processing lead‑time will follow your signed project agreement.
Transit / Delivery Time Transit time depends on shipping method and destination. Estimated transit for standard international shipping:

USA / Canada / Australia / EU countries: 7‑12 business days

Important note: Estimated transit times exclude customs clearance, local inspection or carrier delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, New Year, delivery may extend to 12‑18 business days. Customs duties, import taxes and local clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Costs & Shipping Options

Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight, volume and destination country.

Wholesale bulk orders: Freight quotation will be provided separately after receiving your order list.
Small‑batch / sample orders: Shipping cost will be quoted before confirmation.

We do not provide free shipping by default. All freight fees will be clearly stated in your quotation.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance can be purchased optionally to cover loss, theft or product damage during transit, up to the declared order value.

Insurance is non‑refundable once purchased, regardless of shipment outcome.
Claim process: If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 calendar days with clear photos of outer package and damaged goods. For lost‑package claims, submit your request within 14 days after expected delivery date. Provide order number, value proof and related evidence for assessment.
Exclusions: Insurance does not cover delivery delays, indirect/consequential loss, or damages caused after goods have been signed‑off.

Order Tracking

Once goods are dispatched, we will send tracking number to your registered email address so you can monitor shipment progress.

Order Modification & Cancellation

After production or packing has started, order changes or cancellations may not be accepted.
For stock sample orders: You may request cancellation before processing begins. Once processing starts, partial restocking fees may apply.
For OEM / bulk wholesale orders: Modification and cancellation rules are governed by your formal sales contract.

Customs & Import Duties

All import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees and local clearance charges at destination country are borne by the buyer. We cannot predict or cover local import fees. We will prepare export documents according to agreed requirements.
