Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tuyuan Shoes. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order. This policy applies to all products sold via our official website.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn products within 30 calendar days after you receive your shipment.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, dirt or scratches.
• Original shoe box, tags and packaging must be intact.
• Custom made / OEM / private label orders are NOT eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

1. Worn, damaged, washed shoes or items missing original packaging and tags.
2. Custom samples, bulk OEM orders, private label orders as agreed in sales contract.
3. Final-sale, clearance items.
4. Returns requested after the 30-day window.

Return Process

1. Send your return request by email to info@tuyuanshoes.com. Please include your order number, product name, photos of items and reason for return.
2. We will review your application and send return authorization instructions if approved.

Do NOT send items back without our prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

1. Ship the product back following our instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our factory defect or wrong item delivery.
2. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds will go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval. Processing time may vary depending on payment providers.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products:

Please contact us at info@tuyuanshoes.com within 7 days of delivery, attach clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange replacement or refund accordingly. Shipping cost for defective items will be covered by Tuyuan Shoes.

Shipping Costs

• Customer-initiated returns (size issue, change of mind): Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Our fault (defect, wrong item): We cover return shipping.

Exchanges

We support exchanges only for stock finished shoes. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Custom bulk orders do not support exchange. Exchange shipping rules are same as return policy.
