1. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer specialized in barefoot outdoor shoes. We have in-house production lines and QC team to control quality and delivery time.

2. Can I get samples before bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders are available. You can place sample requests to check quality, material and fitting before mass production. Sample cost and freight will be charged, and sample fee can be refunded when your bulk order reaches a certain quantity.

3. Do you support OEM & ODM customization?

Yes. We offer both OEM and ODM services. We can customize logo, color, upper material, outsole pattern and packaging according to your requirements.

4. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

For existing in-stock models, MOQ is low. For custom ODM/OEM orders, MOQ depends on your customization requirements. Please contact us to get detailed MOQ.

5. What certificates do your shoes have?

Our footwear can pass CE, RoHS test. We can provide test reports if you need for your local market customs or platform requirements.

6. How long is the production lead time?
  • Sample lead time: 3-7 working days
  • Bulk production lead time: 25–40 working days after deposit and confirmed samples.
7. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, and other negotiable payment methods. Normally 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.
